About The Position

The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and develops effective working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels.

The supervisor manages department resources and supports employees through orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The position is onsite unless otherwise stated; the posting says all positions are onsite unless specified otherwise.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
