About The Position

This is a Home Health Physical Therapist position serving East Portland, OR, and surrounding areas. The role requires an 8-hour day shift schedule, and the facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. Therapists will typically see up to 6 patients per day, with a standard of 30 productivity points. A minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience is required. First-time travelers and local candidates are accepted. The position does not require weekend work or on-call duties. Pending licenses are accepted. The facility can call off up to one shift per pay period. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation, and the system is designed to group clients to minimize drive time, with an occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. Oasis experience is required.

Requirements

1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience
BCLS certification
Oasis experience required
Must have own transportation
Must be able to chart using EPIC Remote Client and Rover (phone app)

Responsibilities
