About The Position

They provide products and services in grocery, liquor, pharmacy, petroleum and lubricants, home and building solutions, and agricultural supplies. This part-time Food Clerk position is located at Warman Food #110 and involves various duties related to customer service, stocking, housekeeping, receiving, and operating a cash register.

Requirements

• Must possess sufficient knowledge of grocery merchandise handled to effectively operate the section(s) assigned.
• Must be familiar with all lines of merchandise handled by the department.
• Must be strongly service-oriented and motivated, and be capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Physical ability to handle the work to be assigned.
• Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
• a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

• To perform housekeeping duties when required.

• To operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• To perform opening and closing procedures.
• To be responsible in the area of Loss prevention
• To operate cash register as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
