About The Position

This posting is for a pooled position. Application submissions for “[ POOL ]” positions are accepted on an ongoing basis to ensure a continuous and ready pool of qualified candidates for immediate review when the need arises. If/when a position becomes available, the College will review applications from this pool, and interview candidates whose qualifications best match the specific opening. Applicants must reapply to the pool annually to maintain their active status in the pool. The Parenting Education instructor of a parent-child class is responsible for working with parents to deliver a quality educational experience for the children and a multi-level educational program for the enrolled parents. The instructor teaches in a classroom designed and equipped for parent-child learning. The instructor becomes a part of the Parenting Education team that works together to provide parents information and skills that help strengthen families, and participates in in-services to support and strengthen the quality of educational services provided.
