About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is an uplifting community where active older adults enjoy vibrant living, rewarding opportunities, exceptional hospitality, and great friendships. This retirement community is conveniently located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus. We are seeking compassionate PT Certified Nurse Aides to join our dedicated nursing team, focusing on a person-centered approach to care and supporting company progress across multiple departments.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
Assists with meal service including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, dining room cleaning, etc.
Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
