About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate PT Overnight Shift, Certified Medication Aide to join their dedicated nursing team. This role involves providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents, promoting independence while offering support, and administering medications accurately and timely. The community is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus, offering an all-inclusive lifestyle and superior hospitality.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
  • Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
  • Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as a cohesive team member.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with ability to balance resident care in a person-centered approach.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests.

  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors the work of the Assisted Living personnel assigned to her/his shift, if serving as Team Leader.
  • Monitors/performs direct care of residents as outlined in each resident’s plan of care.
  • Administers direct care to residents as necessary.
  • Makes daily rounds to residents.
  • Gives and receives accurate shift reports.
  • Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
  • Keeps physicians and families informed of each resident’s condition, as required.
  • Administers medications (includes preparation, administration, and charting) and compliance with goal of 100% accuracy.
  • Completes all assigned tasks and items listed on shift checklist.
  • Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
  • Assists with meal service including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, dining room cleaning, etc.
