Provide professional customer service to customers while preparing food and keeping the work environment clean. Requirements

Experience in Customer Service
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s License
Experience working with a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
2+ years experience in Customer Service
Cash handling experience

Responsibilities

Greet customers when they approach the concession stand
Answer questions regarding products and pricing in a friendly manner
Accurately record customer’s orders in the POS system and collect cash and/or credit card payments
Prep and serve food and drinks while wearing proper food prep gloves and changing gloves to avoid cross-contamination
Maintain clean work environment while working the concession stand
Sweep/mop, take out trash, and practice good hand washing
Monitor inventory, keeping the concession stand well-stocked
Other duties as assigned
