About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager (PT ASM) in the fashion show industry, located in Las Vegas, NV. The position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting the sales team. The PT ASM will act as a floor supervisor during non-peak times, coach associates, and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, aiming to "solve for yes" and escalating issues as appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment to maximize the customer experience.
Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
Perform floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods (e.g., breaks).
Hold self and others responsible for accomplishing all operational tasks.
Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate performance.
Support associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards.
Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet all operational needs.
Support and execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
Drive efficiency in all operational store processes.
