About The Position
ifeel is a global mental health and wellbeing platform supporting over 10 million people across 50+ countries. We partner with leading organizations to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based psychological care through a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Our clinically led model, multilingual therapist network, and advanced assessment tools allow us to deliver measurable outcomes, reduce mental‑health‑related absenteeism risk by 30% or more, and expand access to meaningful support worldwide. We are expanding our telehealth network and seeking PSYPACT-authorized licensed psychologists to support growing demand across multiple states. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a broad, multi-state client base. As we expand across the U.S., we are looking for PSYPACT‑authorized psychologists to deliver both text‑based therapy and video‑based therapy to clients in multiple states.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD)
- Active psychologist license in a PSYPACT state
- Current E.Passport + APIT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth or digital therapy preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide text therapy (asynchronous messaging) and video therapy (live sessions)
- Complete intakes, assessments, and functional evaluations when applicable
- Deliver evidence‑based care (CBT, ACT, integrative approaches)
- Maintain high‑quality, clear documentation
- Collaborate with a global, multidisciplinary clinical team
