Make a meaningful difference through psychology with Nurah. Nurah, a newly established brand powered by CoAct, supports adults and young people to move forward with clarity, confidence, and thoughtful care. Through counselling, psychology, and behaviour support services, Nurah partners with NDIS participants, private clients, and referring professionals seeking a trusted, human-centred approach to wellbeing and support. As Nurah continues to grow, we are excited to recruit a Psychologist to join our growing psychology services. This is an opportunity for an experienced psychologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred psychological services while supporting participants with a range of needs, including complex and multiple support needs. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, manage a varied caseload and collaborate with participants, families, carers, allied health professionals and broader support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role Reporting to our Psychologist Clinical Lead, you will provide psychological assessment, intervention and therapeutic support to participants, helping them improve their mental health, emotional wellbeing, functional capacity and quality of life. You will work with a high degree of professional autonomy, applying sound clinical judgement across assessment, intervention planning, therapeutic support and capacity-building approaches. The role will involve working with participants with varying levels of complexity, including complex and high-risk presentations, while collaborating closely with families, carers, Behaviour Support Practitioners, allied health professionals and external providers. You will also contribute to clinical quality, compliance and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of ethical and person-centred practice.
