About The Position

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Psychotherapist to join the Executive Wellness and Concierge Medicine team. This part-time role involves providing assessment and brief targeted interventions for social, emotional, and environmental issues that impact a client's ability to benefit from care. The Psychotherapist will collaborate with the team to meet patient care management and system improvement goals, represent the Social Work department on committees, and contribute to the plan of care with an understanding of population-specific needs. Crisis Intervention (Novice)

1 year of relevant work experience
Master's degree

Responsibilities

Maintains professional documentation which meets department and VUMC standards as it relates to compliance.
Provides brief targeted interventions for identified clients.
Completes psychosocial assessment and assists team with the development of the plan of care.
Provides education and or consultation to clients and families, treatment team and community.
