About The Position
Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 contractor positions. These organizations are expanding to meet patient demand, especially for the holiday season and into 2027. This role offers autonomy over practice schedules, reliable weekly compensation, and no marketing overhead. The position provides complete flexibility in scheduling, clients are provided, onboarding is fast-tracked, and compensation is weekly with malpractice insurance included. A modern clinical workflow with an integrated EMR and AI-assisted documentation is utilized.
Requirements
- Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state.
- Must be eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered).
- Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation.
- High-speed internet connection, secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
