About The Position
Integrated Sleep Care (ISC), a Pivotal Health Company, is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Sleep Physician (MD or DO) to join their growing virtual care team. This fully remote opportunity allows you to leverage innovative telemedicine technologies, remote physiological monitoring, and evidence-based sleep medicine practices to improve patient outcomes nationwide. ISC is transforming the delivery of sleep healthcare through a comprehensive virtual model that combines advanced sleep diagnostics, telemedicine consultations, CPAP therapy support and adherence coaching, remote physiological monitoring, and dedicated patient-centered care teams. Their mission is to make high-quality sleep care more accessible, effective, and convenient for patients across the country.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Board Certification in Sleep Medicine or a related Primary Care specialty
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Current hospital privileges
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Strong communication, patient engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable utilizing telemedicine and digital healthcare platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet required
Nice To Haves
- Previous telemedicine experience
- Leadership or physician management experience
- Multi-state licensure
- Experience with remote patient monitoring technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual sleep medicine consultations with patients across multiple states
- Diagnose and treat sleep-related disorders using evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe therapies and medications as clinically appropriate
- Monitor patient progress through remote physiological monitoring platforms
- Support and improve CPAP therapy adherence and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams to address patient needs and care alerts
- Utilize telehealth technology to provide ongoing follow-up care and patient education
- Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), as needed
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality virtual care with exceptional patient engagement
