Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee state license as LPC or LMFT
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Six months experience needed as a psychotherapist
Nice To Haves
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
