This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). This is a full-time position (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday, with no nights or weekends. The role offers stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation. Responsibilities include providing clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, plus life transitions. The position also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams across various care settings. The coverage area includes Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City, Tennessee.
