About The Position

Determines clinical interventions for MI and or SUD issues, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Accepts supervision and consultation with a licensed supervisor for the functions of this position in their clinical practice.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in psychology, social work, nursing, or closely related field
  • 1 year supervised experience in mental health and chemical dependency including comprehensive assessment, individual, group, and family therapy
  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
  • Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or eligible for independent clinical licensure as a LMFT or LPCC

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years experience in mental health and chemical dependency
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
