The Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow will plan and execute clinical studies, implement and modify experimental protocols, and perform data analyses. The Fellow will interpret experimental results, prepare and write manuscripts in conjunction with principal investigators, and present research findings at sectional and national meetings. Additionally, the Fellow will assist in general clinical functions of the department as part of ongoing training. The position involves maintaining accurate records, documenting case formulations, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes. Responsibilities include providing treatment services and clinical assessment (20 hours/week), attending multidisciplinary team meetings, participating in clinical case consultation meetings, and gaining expertise in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care. The Fellow will also participate in mentored scholarly or research activities.
