The Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow will plan and execute clinical studies, implement and modify experimental protocols, and perform data analyses. The Fellow will interpret experimental results, prepare and write manuscripts in conjunction with principal investigators, and present research findings at sectional and national meetings. Additionally, the position involves assisting in general clinical functions of the department as part of ongoing training. The Fellow will maintain accurate records and document case formulations, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely, concise, and clear manner. This role includes providing treatment services and clinical assessment (20 hours/week), such as individual and group psychotherapy, affidavit writing, and psychological assessment. The Fellow will attend multidisciplinary team meetings in assigned clinics, actively participate in clinical case consultation meetings, and gain clinical expertise in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care, as well as in specialty populations served in assigned clinics. The position also involves mentored scholarly or research activities, including serving as a study therapist or assessor, conducting data analysis, co-authoring manuscripts, or submitting for external funding.
