About The Position

This position is for a Psychology Intern for the 2026-27 School Year within Kettering City Schools. The intern will be responsible for developing educational goals, participating in professional development, communicating with parents, and maintaining student progress records.

Requirements

• Valid license.
• Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Educational technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops measurable educational goals and objectives based on assessment data and progress monitoring documentation.
• Knowledgeable about co-teaching, universal education and co-treating strategies.
• Participates in school-wide professional development programs and activities.
• Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students daily/weekly.
• Maintains records regarding student progress that is aligned with common core state standards.
• Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students based on individual needs and on-going data/progress monitoring.
