About The Position

Join CentraCare’s Integrated Behavioral Health team within the Neurosciences Headache Clinic and provide outpatient diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to patients impacted by complex headache and migraine conditions. This role is embedded in a rapidly expanding, interdisciplinary program focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care and gives you the opportunity to participate in Biofeedback & Relaxation Techniques. In this position, the psychologist collaborates closely with the Headache care team to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, participate in biofeedback and relaxation-based interventions, and support patients through same-day needs and crisis situations. CentraCare provides training and onboarding in biofeedback techniques, allowing providers to expand clinical skills while contributing to a multidisciplinary, innovative care model.

Requirements

PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
Minimum of one-year experience is required.
Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.
State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following: The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
