About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) for a part-time or full-time role in the South Shore. This position involves integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse age groups, utilizing evidence-based treatments, and preferably have experience in a primary care setting. The role requires strong communication skills, clinical acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within primary care teams, working with pediatric patients on a range of issues from acute to chronic health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting screenings for depression and anxiety, and consulting with medical professionals. The position offers a strong work-life balance with flexible scheduling, including a mix of telehealth and in-office days.

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office.
