About The Position

One Behavioral is a growing outpatient psychiatric practice based in Houston, Texas, dedicated to providing a full spectrum of mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Requirements

Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist
Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions

Nice To Haves

Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid care model
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes
Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing support
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
Manage and maintain testing materials inventory and ensure resources remain current
