This position will help support our patients and staff in the following programs, but may support other programs as needed. - Eating Disorder Recovery - Adolescent and Adult - OAC - Child and Adolescent (Child Center and Adolescent Center) The Psychologist is responsible for providing a range of clinical duties and psychology services, serving as the clinical expert and thought leader for the scope of practice. The Psychologist’s primary areas of responsibility include the following: · Provide expertise in overseeing clinical interventions that reflect best therapeutic practices. · Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff responsible for the direct care of clients. · Facilitate development of healthy and safe therapeutic milieu. · Provide direct care as appropriate consistent with professional psychological standards and minimum care standards as outlined by licensing and accreditation bodies. · Engage in program development and clinical interventions that align with best practices and empirically supported treatments. · Collaborate with on-site operational leadership and other departments to actively support system goals and create a culture of accountability. · Represent Rogers Behavioral Health as a thought leader in external spaces.
