This position will help support our patients and staff in the following programs, but may support other programs as needed: Depression Recovery - Adult and Adolescent, Primary Behavioral Health - Adult. The Psychologist is responsible for providing a range of clinical duties and psychology services, serving as the clinical expert and thought leader for the scope of practice. The Psychologist’s primary areas of responsibility include overseeing clinical interventions that reflect best therapeutic practices, providing training, consultation, and supervision to staff responsible for the direct care of clients, facilitating the development of a healthy and safe therapeutic milieu, providing direct care as appropriate consistent with professional psychological standards and minimum care standards as outlined by licensing and accreditation bodies, engaging in program development and clinical interventions that align with best practices and empirically supported treatments, collaborating with on-site operational leadership and other departments to actively support system goals and create a culture of accountability, and representing Rogers Behavioral Health as a thought leader in external spaces.
