St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking Licensed Psychologists with expertise and a passion in the area of OCD/anxiety disorders. We are committed to growth and are always looking to hire exceptional talent to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We especially have interest in speaking with providers who specialize within the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In-person, Remote, and Hybrid Opportunities are available. Local Candidates in MO are preferred, but not required. We are open to eligible candidates located outside of the St. Louis region who may be interested in joining our team through providing telehealth services. Interested candidates for this option must be professionally licensed in Missouri, or eligible to treat patients through telehealth via PSYPACT credentialing. Providers must also be professionally licensed in the state they are residing. Our clinicians enjoy the aspects of being an independent provider that are appealing, while having the administrative and operational support to manage everything else that you need as a provider. Our dedicated and multidisciplinary team of 70+ colleagues are willing to share their clinical expertise for case consultation, continuing education, and program development. SLBMI prides itself on being a team-oriented environment that thrives on collaboration and providing compassionate behavioral healthcare! This position is within our Center for Obsessive-Compulsive and Anxiety-Related Disorders (COARD), which provides specialty evidence-based assessment and treatment for a full spectrum of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive-related conditions. Treatment is provided within both a traditional outpatient behavioral health setting as well as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Therapists in the program carry their own individual outpatient caseload and may also provide treatment to patients within the specialty IOP program, if desired. Outpatient caseloads are tailored to the therapist's unique areas of expertise as well as their clinical interests. Therapists within COARD may treat anxiety/obsessive-compulsive disorders exclusively or can elect to treat conditions that extend outside of this domain (for example, treating eating disorders, health psychology-related conditions, etc). Therapists are afforded the opportunity to regularly engage in professional consultation and education with other COARD team members in a setting that is engaging, collegial, and enjoyable.
