Family First Adolescent Services is seeking a PSYPACT-licensed psychologist to provide virtual adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. This role offers high-quality, evidence-based mental health care for teens (typically ages 12–18) through secure video conferencing, including group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy. The program typically runs for a minimum of 6 weeks, up to 12 weeks, with sessions 3 hours/day, 3-4 days/week, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (program schedules may vary). The target population includes adolescents experiencing acute mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. The therapeutic approach focuses on skill-building, including coping skills, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. Family involvement includes 1-2 family sessions per month and ongoing updates, with support groups offered to families.
