About The Position

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus! JOB SPECIFICS Collaborate within a large, highly skilled interdisciplinary behavioral health team dedicated to patient care. Provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other care team members to support integrated behavioral health. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with OSF standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality‑improvement initiatives. Offer consultation to medical staff regarding behavioral health needs and treatment recommendations. Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe).
  • Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to patient‑centered, mission‑driven care aligned with OSF values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrated primary care, hospital-based psychology, or specialty behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with EPIC and interdisciplinary care models.
  • Training in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma‑focused therapies.
