Provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other care team members to support integrated behavioral health. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with OSF standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality‑improvement initiatives. Offer consultation to medical staff regarding behavioral health needs and treatment recommendations. Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
