About The Position

This position is not remote and requires the individual to provide forensic assessments (Competency to Stand Trial and Mental State at the Time of the Offense) for defendants ordered to in-patient treatment at a state facility. The role involves providing a range of forensic and psychological assessments and services, including general psychological assessments, tests of malingering/feigning, neuropsychological screenings, treatment team consultation, and program development for pretrial defendants. The position also requires court testimony as needed. This role is considered essential personnel and may be required to work during emergencies or facility needs.

Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program required.
  • Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist.

Nice To Haves

  • Training and experience in the delivery of forensic psychological evaluation and treatment preferred.

Responsibilities
