This role is ideal for a psychiatrist seeking a primary or supplemental position with a flexible schedule that accommodates their life.

The position involves 100% inpatient psychiatry with no outpatient duties. It includes night and weekend shift coverage, making it suitable for supplemental income. The role is based within a large inpatient setting, encompassing an 86-bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and a 12-bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester). The facility also offers a full behavioral health continuum on-site, including a 17-bed child/adolescent unit and a 24-bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit. This is a hospital-employed position within Tenet Healthcare, operating under a collaborative, team-based model with supportive administration and an experienced clinical staff.

Requirements

• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABIM)
• Clear credentialing history
• Consistent, comparable work experience
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
