About The Position
Centra's Psychiatry and Behavioral Health provides essential mental health services through various programs, including inpatient services for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, as well as ambulatory services via Piedmont Psychiatric Center, Centra Pathways Treatment Center for substance use disorders, and Consult Liaison Services. A new Psychiatric Emergency Center (emPATH) opened in Fall 2023, the first of its kind in Virginia. Centra Medical Group (CMG) is a large network of nearly 600 employed providers serving a population of 600,000 across Central and Southern Virginia, offering a wide range of outpatient and specialty practices.
