Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Outpatient
About The Position
Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time outpatient psychiatrist for their Danbury, Connecticut office. This position is affiliated with Danbury Hospital and offers teaching appointments, working with psychiatry residents and medical students. The practice is described as busy, long-established, and supportive. It is an outpatient role with limited hospital coverage obligations. The work model is hybrid, utilizing both tele-health and in-person appointments, with telehealth being an option for full or part-time work. The opportunity includes a sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in psychiatry. This is an employed position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including allowances for CMEs and dues, and CME time. Weekend hospital coverage is paid at a competitive per diem rate.
