About The Position

Be the connection that strengthens psychiatric care and enhances the client experience across our system. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly. The Psychiatry Integration Coordinator partners closely with leadership and support teams to improve coordination, access, and overall experience within outpatient psychiatry services. This role plays a key part in ensuring individuals receive timely, seamless care while supporting providers and teams in delivering high-quality, integrated services. Requirements

• High School/GED Required
• Experience working with behavioral health preferred
• Are highly organized and enjoy improving workflows and processes
• Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams
• Have a strong attention to detail and can balance multiple priorities
• Are passionate about enhancing access to care and the overall client experience
• Thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on promoting wellness and inspiring hope

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from individuals receiving psychiatric services to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support communication and coordination across service lines to strengthen integration of care
• Assist with timely follow-up for hospital discharges to meet care standards
• Help optimize provider schedules to improve access and efficiency
• Monitor scheduling practices to ensure alignment with established guidelines
• Contribute to enhancing the overall client experience, including reducing unnecessary rescheduling
• Support ongoing efforts to improve collaboration, service integration, and customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
