Requirements

• Must possess a current and valid medical license to practice medicine in any state with no activity
• Must have graduated from an American Medical Association approved school of medicine with a doctor's degree in medicine
• Must be board certified/board eligible
• Must be Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified, in accordance with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Admitting patients
• Diagnosis of patients
• Developing treatment plans
• Managing patients, including the performance of timely treatment
• Discharge/transfer of patients
• Including all needed medical record documentation
• Outpatient care
• Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records
• Seeing severely mentally ill patients
• Evaluation disposition E-consult
• Post-discharged follow up
