About The Position

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking contract psychiatrists to provide whole-person, whole-family mental health care within a connected provider network. Using Lyra’s provider platform and matching technology, clinicians provide accessible, culturally responsive, evidence-based care to patients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.

The psychiatrist will deliver care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments, conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications. Lyra also enables referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric care. The role requires an office space with the ability to see clients in Williamsport, and providers who offer in-person options are preferred.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Must have office space with the ability to see clients in Williamsport.
• Ability to care for patients across a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Active DEA license strongly preferred.
• Offering in-person care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations, and provide longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Provide evidence-based medication treatment consistent with clinical best-practice guidelines, including measurement-based and patient-centered care.
