Psychiatrist - TAO North
About The Position
The Psychiatrist will direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of their licensure. They will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. The Psychiatrist will ensure superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards, and client and community needs. This is a part-time position, 16 hours per week, with preferred days of Tuesday and Wednesday, but flexible between Tuesday and Friday. Telecare is an established mental health company founded in 1965, focused on delivering excellent and effective behavioral health services. TAO is a Full Service Partnership in Orange County, CA, serving 240 adults (age 18+) with serious mental illness.
Requirements
- A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.
- Successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry.
- Active DEA in good standing.
