About The Position

As a senior member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment to members served. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Wednesday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. The role is onsite and in-office. Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. TAO is a Full Service Partnership in Orange County, CA for 240 adults (age 18+), with a serious mental illness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
