Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Strong communication skills and interest in rural mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage mental health conditions.
- Develop treatment plans that may include medication and therapy.
- Collaborate with primary care and community organizations to support mental wellness.
- Use innovative approaches to expand access and continuity of care.
