About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their established inpatient team in Delray Beach, Florida. This full-time opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a collaborative and well-supported environment focused on providing exceptional psychiatric care to adult and geriatric patients. The role involves working alongside experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers, focusing on high-quality inpatient psychiatric treatment in a modern hospital setting. Ally Psychiatry is a physician-led behavioral healthcare organization providing psychiatric services across hospitals, outpatient clinics, crisis centers, and specialty behavioral health programs throughout multiple states.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric consultations
- Perform ECT
- Participate in GME
- Supervise and collaborate with experienced PMHNPs and other mid-level providers
- Handle phone call only one night per week
- Cover one weekend of call per month
