About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team serving the Birmingham and Pelham communities. This full-time outpatient psychiatry position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, clinician-led environment with access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services, mid-level provider supervision, and strong administrative support. The role provides an excellent balance of clinical autonomy, professional growth, and lifestyle flexibility.

• Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Interest in outpatient psychiatry and TMS/interventional psychiatry
• Experience supervising PMHNPs or APPs preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative care skills
• Passion for patient-centered behavioral healthcare

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans for behavioral health patients
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult patients
• Participate in and support TMS treatment services
• Supervise and collaborate with PMHNPs and advanced practice providers
• Work closely with therapists and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Participate in shared psychiatrist call rotation
