About The Position

This position offers the ability to tailor your clinical focus to your interests while practicing outpatient psychiatry and ECT alongside physicians and APPs on a 12-bed adult inpatient unit, supported by strong staffing, excellent teamwork, and a manageable call schedule. CentraCare – Willmar serves as the southwestern hub of CentraCare’s multi-specialty network and supports psychiatric services across Rice Memorial Hospital and associated outpatient facilities. The program includes a 12-bed adult inpatient unit and a collaborative care model with strong nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary support. Physicians practice in a well-resourced environment with access to onsite pharmacy, lab services, procedure space, rehabilitation therapies, and system-wide outreach resources, all within an integrated regional referral setting.
