Psychiatrist (One Day A Week)
About The Position
Crestwood is seeking a Psychiatrist to join the team at Crestwood Fallbrook Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. The position requires working on site one day a week and being available for on-call consultations as needed. The psychiatrist will direct and coordinate psychiatric treatment and care. Crestwood has provided recovery programs and supportive communities for more than 50 years. Its care model emphasizes a personal, self-directed recovery process that empowers clients and helps them develop skills to thrive. At Fallbrook Healing Center, services support resilience, wellness, psychiatric stabilization, community reintegration, and dual recovery. Clients can build life skills through classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship; some also participate in pre-employment training through the Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network. The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Compensation is listed as $6,500 per month for 57 clients or $13,000 per month for all clients, with a posted pay range of $78,000–$156,000 USD. Final pay depends on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Requirements
- Current California Medical License.
- Completion of three-year graduate training in Psychiatry from an approved AMA or AOA program.
- Experience in an inpatient setting.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of two years of experience in psychiatry and working with multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
