About The Position
Join a flexible remote opportunity where your psychiatric expertise can help mental health clinicians strengthen their clinical judgement and patient care. The Psychiatrist Supervisor will provide remote clinical supervision, case consultation, and professional guidance to mental health providers. You will support clinicians with complex cases, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
Nice To Haves
- Supervision or leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual supervision sessions.
- Review cases and provide clinical recommendations.
- Support treatment planning and risk assessment.
- Guide clinicians on documentation and ethical practice.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
