About The Position
This is a remote leadership opportunity that allows you to provide clinical guidance without an on-site commitment. You will supervise mental health clinicians, provide case consultation, and assist with challenging treatment and clinical decisions. The schedule is flexible, and all work is completed remotely.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
Nice To Haves
- Supervision or leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clinicians through secure virtual platforms.
- Provide guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Review safety concerns and complex patient needs.
- Support ethical practice and clear documentation.
- Mentor clinicians and offer practical feedback.
