About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Psychiatrist - Outpatient to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Active New York State Medical License.

Responsibilities

Work in a collaborative setting alongside a multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Psychologists, Entitlement Specialists, and Nurses.
Provide teaching and supervision of Psychiatry Residents from New York Medical College.
Work with an ethnically, socioeconomically, and clinically diverse patient population.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $267,900 (board eligible); $278,200 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000.
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
