About The Position
This position provides the full performance level of clinical psychiatric services to adolescents suffering from serious emotional behavioral health care issues. Psychiatric treatment, including psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology, and supervision of a clinical team, is provided in a 24/7 facility, RICA-Baltimore, by licensed and board-certified psychiatrists.
Requirements
- Determined by the Maryland State Board of Physicians under the licensing requirements for Physicians.
- As required for certification in Psychiatry by the American Medical Association Specialty Board or other Board approved by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
- Must be board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Medical Specialties or other Board approved by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
- Must be licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians to practice medicine under Maryland State Law.
- Subject to substance abuse testing in accordance with Code of Maryland Regulations 17.04.09, Testing for Illegal Use of Drugs.
