About The Position

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults. This is an excellent part or full-time opportunity for a psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice. This position offers a hybrid schedule with offices in The Woodlands, Conroe, and CyFair, Texas. It includes flexible scheduling, full administrative support, an established referral network, and an insurance-based outpatient practice with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities. You will collaborate with a team of therapists and behavioral health professionals.

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
Current DEA registration
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care
