About The Position

Aris Clinic is a behavioral health practice located in Woodbury, MN, dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, stable, and productive lives. The clinic offers outpatient services including psychiatry, therapy, and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for children and families facing emotional and behavioral health challenges that impact their lives at home, school, and in the community. We address issues such as depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, opposition, anger, suicidal thinking, self-injury, social struggles, school avoidance, and technology addiction. Our IOP aims to improve patient outcomes, leading to greater success in school/work, stronger relationships, better boundary management, enhanced social awareness, and improved coping skills.

Requirements

• Professional and energetic demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of the importance of patient care.
• Computer savvy.
• Basic understanding of psychiatry principles.
• College degree required.

Nice To Haves

• EHR experience preferred.
• Preference for a pre-med, psychology, or related major.
• Experience in a medical office, or equivalent education.
• Prior experience with children or adolescents in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients within the intensive outpatient program.
• Facilitate structured groups for children and adolescents.
• Complete administrative duties as part of the IOP team.
• Ensure patient safety through monitoring.
• Collaborate with providers.
• Accurately document patient information into the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to patient inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
