Psychiatric Technician I - Adult Psychiatric ICU
About The Position
The Psychiatric Technician I role is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic setting and implementing individualized treatment plans in cooperation with treatment team members. The technician provides care and emotional support to patients and assists with the collection and documentation of data. This position is with Spring Harbor Hospital Behavioral Health. The pay range is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Current RQI/BLS/CPR certification is required, or must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
- Complete CPI/MOAB training within 60 days of starting.
- Less than six months of experience as a Psychiatric Technician.
