About The Position

The Psychiatric Technician I position at Merakey involves working with and adhering to the safety and welfare of all adult residents in the Residential Program, focusing on their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. This role includes participating in carrying out residents’ treatment plan goals, assisting with the treatment planning process, and providing support with direct care responsibilities. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months paid or volunteer experience in a related mental health field required
Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system required
Valid Driver’s License required
All Clearances required by OMHSAS
