The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients on their recovery journey. Using the principles of Psychiatric Rehabilitation—including empowerment, self‑determination, healing-centered, community integration, skill development, and a strengths‑based approach—the Specialist helps clients identify meaningful life goals and develop the skills, supports, and confidence needed to achieve them. This position includes shared responsibility for the caseload within a collaborative team environment. Healing-Centered Care: Ensuring physical and emotional safety, choice, trust, and collaboration. Holistic Wellness: Addressing physical, emotional, social, and environmental aspects of health.
